o0o in certain supermarkets here ... there are "grids" sunk into the
area as you walk out of the supermarket .. when the trolleys touch
these "grids" the brakes of the trolley come on and it will not move ;-)
they cannot be taken out of the supermarket area ... expensive no
doubt I am sure, but very effective ;-) oOo

here is the same but there is always someone enable to force the breaks, namely if there is a nice park near by, Bev :)
