Ah...ich fand: Schwarze Spaghetti (Spaghetti al nero di seppia) erhalten ihre markante Farbe durch Tintenfischtinte (Sepia) oder Aktivkohle. Sie schmecken leicht nach Meer und Umami und werden traditionell in der italienischen Küche mit Fisch, Meeresfrüchten oder Garnelen serviert

I've never seen or heard of black spaghetti before......I thought this was a plate of liquorice. I know better now! ;-)))

I won'r know if I like it or not until I've tasted some, but I doubt that will happen now I know about the squid ink :-(

It does make for a good photo though!
