03 Our Hydrofoil Awaits

The Hydrofoil was an enclosed cabin boat which provided transport for many Tour groups across the Lake. We found out during our trip that another Tour Group had problems on this route as their baggage was so heavy that the boat couldn't hydroplane. They spent a lengthy wait on the Lake until another Hydrofoil could be brought to meet them and the baggage transferred off the floundering boat. Fortunately, our loading was OK, and we sped across to Copacabana, our first stop on the Lake.
