Part of memorial to the victims of the 2002 terrorist bombing in Bali.
"Prince Charles opened a memorial at the rear of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office headquarters opposite Saint James Park. The memorial comprises of a 1.5 metre marble globe, to represent that people from 21 countries were killed, and has 202 doves carved into it.
