Remember that the most important navigational instrument in a ship of any size, from a liner to a leaky blue boat, is the compass.

Some people, when they make a bad landfall blame the compass, whereas the fault very often lies in themselves and not understanding the principles of the instrument.

Always learn how to use a compass before you set out!

And, most importantly, remember to take some some honey and plenty of money.
