interesting and beautiful landscape of a particular area
it seems to me that the tagus floodplain at this point has been adapted to the cultivation of rice

In the Tagus Estuary and along its margins, due to the mixture of saline and freshwater, there are Salinas and a Natural Reserve for birds to nest and migratory passage.
A little further upstream, there are the rice fields
