Sazan Island, on the note, is a protected area. Nevertheless, it rose the idea of installing a luxury hotel and resort to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, who liked the island and are willing to buy it, for discontent of Albanian people. The island is charming (there are some Google Street views), with remains of an old military base, it has some mediterranean trees, lots of brambles, many snakes (some venomous) and... some land mines. Its coast is beautiful.
