Saturday Self-challenge: Architecture

PIP is a more interesting building in our city. It is a swimming pool.

I found a great place to socially distance myself this morning. The low sun was casting long shadows. Here is a condominium in my neighbourhood. We live in the suburbs and everything looks like this.

It is the second day of Spring and it was -11C and felt like -18C. It will warm up to just over 0 today.

It was opened in 1970 and is still one of the best buildings in Edmonton.

it looks like the balconies were added to the building later. They are somehow a foreign body. But the soccer goal matches the balconies perfectly. Well taken!

The balconies likely were added later. It is a mostly wood construction, not a brick in it.
