Again a strong signal from Arecibo Observatory, 11 kHz wide and centered on 5125.1 kHz, with a new sweeping modulation pattern, at 23:50 UTC. The Arecibo signal was received using a Perseus SDR receiver and a dipole antenna.

@HAARPDXing2017 confirmed that this was the Arecibo Observatory ionospheric heater.
The transmission ended at 01:39 UTC.
