OPV PLS-050 Arkoi , SWOV, a Vosper Europatrol 250 Mk1 of the Hellenic Coast Guard, in Piraeus Harbour. Formerly part of the ill-fated Ministry of Finance (Customs) fleet, the OPV had remained out of serivce for over 10 years due to poor engine maintenance and lack of spare parts. My DXCC award on 80m (3.5 MHz), no 4558, issued on May 10, 2017. The final sprint towards DXCC-80 was in JT65 weak signal mode. With the completion of DXCC-80 I completed the 5-Band DXCC with 3 extra band endorsements, for 80-40-30-20-17-15-10 meter bands.
