Afars and Issas: Airmail postage stamp commemorating the ionospheric station at Arta (Station Ionospherique de l'Arta), now a town in Djibouti. The stamp was designed by A. Peyrie and engraved by Michel Monvoisin (1970). Yvert et Tellier No PA 63.
