A charming city. I have heard that a number of restaurants closed for good due to the pandemic, but it is coming back to life.

So funny. I was looking at this photo (without reading the title and description) and thought to myself that it could have been taken in Portland. My Portland. But I didn't recognize the location, so I figured just someplace similar. And then I see it's Portland, Maine. Ha! That figures. I have a brother-in-law who lives there. That figures also.
