La route 180 longeant le golfe du Mexique était assez calme mais nous étions début février.
En été, c'est une toute autre histoire.

I just try to imagine doing 32000 km in only two states ... in Europe. Austria and Switzerland? Or, even better Austria and Slovenia. :-)

USA is such a huge country indeed Leon. We were 2 1/2 months in mexico and 3 months in the states. We were always on the road except a few road breaks like in Puerto Escondido where we put a canvas on your Fiat for 2 weeks,

Das ist nur ein Schein Leon! Mexikaner am Steuer sind gefährliche Teufel. Keiner hält sich an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen. Die meisten überholen an Steigungen und in Kurven. Es gibt viele Kreuze an den Straßen, die auf einen tödlichen Unfall hinweisen.

Ce n'est qu'une apparence Leon ! Les mexicains au volant sont des diables dangereux. Personne n respectent les limites de vitesse. La plupart doublent dans des côtes et courbes. On voit plusieurs croix le long des routes indiquant qu'un accident mortel y a eu lieu.
