People in Panama seem to have better hands when furnishing their green areas ... of course, they have less.

This shott was taken in my hometown in Quebec though Leon.

I read your note, but refered on one picture further right ... |->
... and alluded to the fact that in Canada every person would be able to filthy up about one quarter of a km², while in Panama everyone has only 1/50 at their disposal - and in Austria it is less than 1/100.
That could mean, in Panama a person has to think ... ehem ... let's say a lot times more, where and how she/he can deposite her/his spa insolite than in Canada - in Austria ... I think, it must be a very lot of times more ...
Well, my thoughts that far ... :-)
