Ja, das frage ich mich auch, speziell bei diesem Haus. Habe das an der Stelle schon vor Jahrzehnten gesehen. Man weiß ja, dass Schiffe alle paar Jahre zum TÜV müssen und die Dichtigkeit von Pontons muss ja auch regelmäßig geprüft werden.
Kann mir daher nur vorstellen, dass man dort von oben einsteigen kann.
