The bin is 1,10m long, has a 0.65m side (rectangle) and is 1.10 m high.
That makes a lateral surface of 3.16 square meters.

If a gentle wind of 30km/hour blows from any direction on that bin it will push it with 38 Newton for each square meter exposed thus lets say it takes only half of that surface which means 1.8 m2, thus 1.8x38 = 68.4 N which means arount 7 kg of pure force .

The bin is on wheels.

Winds of 3 times that speed are not unknow in that part of the country.

Who will fetch the bin, when and before or after it spilled all its contents. ?
