Powerhouse Brattørkaia - Form follows Environment
The northernmost energy-positive building was designed by Snøhetta, architects of Oslo Opera House.

Old TMV Dock
The former shipyards of Trondhjems mekaniske Værksted (TMV) were turned into a new neighbourhood with housing, shops and bars/restaurants. Some of the old machinery, dry docks and cranes were preserved.

Lykkens Portal
Die alte Stadtbrücke in Trondheim, nach dem Stadtbrand 1681 von Johan Caspar von Cicignon erbaut und 1861 von Carl Adolf Dahl rekonstruiert, führt über die Nidelva und verbindet die Innenstadt mit dem Viertel Bakklandet. Der Name Lykkens portal (Pforte zum Glück) stammt aus einem Lied des 1943 hingerichteten Widerstandskämpfers Kristian Oskar Hoddø.
