It's a difficult relationship between Danes and Greenlanders- the Danes grumble because they put a lot of money into welfare etc. and the Inuit rightfully resent colonial attitudes in the Danes (the scandal of women having been sterilized without their consent, people taken from their villages and rehoused in flats in town, cut off from their traditions).
As for the devil- they reworded that slogan into Make America Go Away:-)
For the planned and then cancelled visit of Mrs Vance they wanted to line the streets, their backs turned and at the right moment drop their trousers....
