Nidelva reflections

This is really superb, Gudrun. I love the way the buildings sit on the side of the river with their feet in the water. The church spire is perfectly placed in the frame too.

Thanks a lot, Amelia! This is the old part of Trondheim, similar houses are on the other side of the river, it's a lovely old quarter which has been renovated in the past years. The church spire belongs to Nidarosdomen.

Komplett über den Monitor sieht man erst richtig die Schönheit dieser Ecke.Klasse zu sehen, wie es auf Pfählen errichtet worden ist.

A very charming view of Trondheim, Gudrun! Lovely coloured buildings and fine reflections ...the light is unmistakably northen! I spent some hours there on my journey to North Cape and had nice memories of this town. Norway is not as breathtaking as Iceland, but it is a wonderful country to visit as well.
