It's Hong Shing, kiiti, a Chinese restaurant. I cropped out a sign for Uncle Tetsu's, though, which is next to Hong Shing.

Fences, men digging up the pavements, more fences, bollards, hi-vis jackets, arrows, danger signs..............I think the sign in the background sums it up John..........the one that says "Next to Normal".
