She is starting a computergame called "Punch Out" (see picture)
I was just passing by and noticed her because of the hat and socks and took quickly a picture.
No idea why she took off her shoes and wearing this type of hat, normally used outside when it is very cold. It was inside a library, for sure not a cold place.
