Thank you all for the great comments and faves, maybe a visual pun in not very common languages, it works the best in Finnish, the first one, it means snowdrop, but literally translated into English "snowclock"
But I got two proposals in English which are very good too: winter time and frozen in time.

Well, judging to the weather, it's still winter here. Don't know when the clock will show spring...
