Set out 8/6 with Drew and R.L. This was my fifth year trying this peak. 2012: rained out, 2013: I screwed up getting the permits, 2014: Drew hurt his foot, 2015: Our Crabtree Pass fiasco. This time we came a day early and tried the Lottery to get alternate permits and won! So luck was with us.
