Massive CA fire smoke kept putting off this intended peak hike in August, so I came out late September to hike part of it and learn the trail conditions. Up early from my camp south of Belmot, NV.

Many, many creek crossing, some of which are knee deep in July, but were all easy rock hoppers this late. I counted them to amuse myself, this is #3.
