I think, this is an old modified KB-3 truck from the late 1940s, produced by International Harvester. It's a private owned vehicle. Each of these trucks is "custom build".

Das ist Dachpappe oder Teerpappe, wie man es bei uns nennt.....Natürlich etwas strange bei einem Autodach ;-)
