HMS Victory

HMS Victory
HMS Victory is a 104-gun first-rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy, ordered in 1758, laid down in 1759 and launched in 1765. She is best known for her role as Lord Nelson's flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar on 21 October 1805. The masts were actually much higher, you see here only the lower part. This ship is incredible big and powerful, I can imagine that only its appereance made the enimies run.

WOAH!!! How cool is this!! I've never seen a gunship before, let alone a vintage beauty like this one. You got such a nice picture of this lovely ship. What fun it must have been to see this in person. Marvelous.
