Hamburg's International Garden Show 2013: The best time was April/May with an abundance of tulips in every imaginable shape and colour, but the downpoint was that photographers had to fight with unruly backgrounds all over the ground. Meine Fotoausstellung in Dines Lille Maritime Café mit Aufnahmen von europäischen Küsten, auf Anregung von Eduard Dahlmann, dem Eigentümer und Betreiber der Alten Strandvogtei. Ich habe sogar eins der Bilder verkauft, d. h. Eduard hat es verkauft und mir den Erlös in die Hand gedrückt, als ich von einem Tagesausflug zurückkam.

That's what the Whitehouse Pub on the corner of Duke Street and Berry Street in Liverpool's Chinatown looked like in 2009. I've heard the Listed Building has been sold in the meantime, and there was some talk that the Banksy would be restored by the new owners but it seems all that was just a lot of hot air and the masterpiece is now lost forever.
