rodtschenko exhibition berlin 2008

Alexander Rodtschenko, one of the pioneers of photography in the young Soviet Union. The motto of his work was that a new era required a new way of looking at society and a new way of portraying what one saw. Thus many of his shots were taken from unusual viewpoints or unexpected angles.
The exhibition poster was hanging in a glass case at an underground station. I found the tiles made a nice background.
