SLOW - or else...

Pity that the red squirrel has become an endangered species in most of England, due to the invasion of its greedy grey relative from North America. Here in the Lake District people have become fiercely protective of the little fellas, as this hand-painted sign shows, which I spotted while walking through Grange-in-Borrowdale.
