Not ever having owned the portable variety of stuff that enables territory to be asserted and comfort provided, I have a sneaking envy of those who do. But I really couldn't be bothered lugging it all around and dictating the size of car I needed.

Over many years I have seen and photographed Keren Lynn, number WH407, in Weymouth harbour. On my recent outing she looked a bit forlorn. I checked her status in the UK fishing vessel lists and in the changes for February, 2019, she had been deleted from the lists. Perhaps her days as a fishing boat are now officially over. What a shame. 'Karen Lynn' was built in 1988.
