Scutt's Bridge
|
|
A packhorse bridge over the River Frome between Rode and Woolverton. In 17th century England, most goods were transported by pack horses, along dirt tracks, crossing rivers by fords or narrow bridges. Scutt’s bridge provided access to Scuttsbridge Mill, now demolished.
