Soup is bonito & kelp stock and soymilk soup.
From top,green onion,carbonara,bacon,soft boiled egg.

Udon like spaghetti is the original menu.
It is surprisingly delicious.

There was a shop in New York that seems to have broken down and Japanese food.
I think the origin is an experience like "a combination of heavy tasting cheese and green tea is somehow good".
