There are several hours falling more than 10 mm / hour.

It was heavy rain every year in Europe, but it was not extraordinary.

We have very unusual weather here in the northern parts of Germany: during the the start of year we had more so rain as within the last 50 years. The past 4 or 5 month the weather here is very stabele rare winds mostly Sun and during the whole time onls one not so benfitial rain.

The government office in this country does not send any information about the dangers of floods approaching.
