That bottle has The Yellow Kid getting an awkward waltz lesson from a rejected Greek amphora gal c.1000 b.c. Why didn't they just make the cat their logo?

had to look that company up.
Lanvin is a French multinational high fashion house, which was founded by Jeanne Lanvin in 1889. It is the third oldest French fashion house still in operation. In 1990, the house was taken over by the Orcofi Group, then sold to l’Oréal in 1996.

not sold for over 100 years! amazing. must have been that logo - ha! they still use that same one - would be fun to know how it came about.
