Background is a low percentage of the "Sketch: Photocopy" filter in bright red, Luminosity mode. Figure has the "Blur: Smart Blur" filter and an outline in Stroke. Other miscellaneous changes.

The head and the watch gear have the "Artistic: Fresco" filter in Color Burn mode. The rest is mostly playing with brushes, stamps, Stroke, and Free Transform.

The background has three different settings of "Sketch: Graphic Pen." Starting small at the top and increasing in length towards the bottom. The mode is (probably) Overlay. The faces have some Stroke and a low percentage of the "Noise: Add Noise" filter. Other small touch-ups.

The figure has a medium level of "Blur: Smart Blur" on the head. Her dress is a medium level of "Artistic: Smudge Stick," using the Luminosity mode. Some varicolored "Stroke" on her outside. The type and doorway have some "Stylize: Emboss." The background is "Pixelate: Color Halftone" in a small size on the left, with the section's opacity turned down and a solid layer of beige paint underneath. The wall is "Distort: Glass" in the maximum size Tiny Lens option, Color Burn mode. Other corrections and touch-ups.

Filters are: "Brushstrokes: Crosshatch" (fish, gloves: in a medium-high setting), "Artistic: Paint Daubs" (the two perpendicular lines), "Pixellate: Pointillize" (upper right section, saturation changed w/Command+U), "Sketch: Halftone Pattern" (clock face), "Sketch: Plaster" (circle at lower right). Also use of Stroke;other minor touch-ups.

The background has two different settings of the "Texture: Texturize" filter. The heads have a medium percentage of "Artistic: Cutout" with a duplicate layer in normal state over them at about 35%. The type is outlined with Stroke. Other miscellaneous touch-ups.

Background is "Sketch: Note Paper," with a Stroke line on the edge in "Dissolve" mode. The head is a mixture of various "Artistic: Rough Pastels" filters. The forehead also has a layer of "Pixelate: Pointillize" at medium size.
