Marciac - Jazz
"Jazz in Marciac" is a jazz festival that takes place over a period of three weeks in July/August. It attracts about 200.000 visitors to gather in Marciac, a small medieval town with about 1200 inhabitants. So in summer Jazz is Marciac. There are stages everywhere.
The hall where the evening events take place is huge.
French DJ, producer and singer Dabeull and his band play modern funk with influences from the 1970s and 1980s. The sound is characterized by funky basslines, melodic synthesizers, and soulful vocals.
