Noordpeene - Sint-Denijskerk

Noordpeene is a municipality with approximately 800 inhabitants. The parish church is dedicated to Saint Dionysius (Denis). It features a 14th-century tower integrated into the neo-Gothic brick church.

The baptismal font in the church is even older than the tower. It was probably created in the 13th century around Tournrai. The approximately one-meter-high black baptismal font is adorned with reliefs, like all "Tournai fonts"
