Berlin - Joseph Roth Diele

Joseph Roth (1894-1939) was an Austrian writer and journalist who lived and worked in Berlin and Vienna in the 1920s.

The Joseph Roth Diele is a kind of shrine, bookstore, restaurant, and very cozy pub. It's one of my favorite places in Berlin since my first visit many years ago. Unfortunately is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.


The lunch dishes are simple but tasty. The dinners are more sophisticated.
