Parma - Ufficio Postale
The "Poste italiane" has this wonderful office in the center of Parma. Stamps for old fashioned postcards are sold here only on certain hours before noon. I did not believe this, but the person behind the counter made that very clear in the late afternoon.

When I was in Italy some weeks ago I bought the stamps I needed in a "tabacchi", but none (zero) of the postcards I dropped into the box reached the destination. Not in Europe, not in the US, not in NZ. The postcards just vanished!

I know, that sending postcards is an oldfashioned behavour in times of WhatsApp. But I like it..
