Instant beer, just add water!

I just finished milling the grain to brew 6 gallons (23 liters) of beer. This will be my Alaskan Brown Ale, almost a porter, -but not quite.

Instant? Well... not quite. I've still some six hours of work and then at least three weeks of waiting before I can sip a mug of this! :-)
