The artwork was installed in 1999, the preparations for it began several years before. There are only individuals been included who had from the perspective of the artist (otherwise Elke Koska would not present) affect the development of Europe.
George W. Bush is no Europeans and was at the time still governor of Texas. Who could have guessed that this twit is indeed presidential candidate and is then also chosen (well known not by the majority of the nation). And who could have guessed that he could take in the wake of 9/11 so absurd decisions has such a lasting stability of the world order that it annuls actually consequences for Europe.
Excuse my bad english, it's not my native language and normally I do not need it.
