Candied peel with a jam and brandy glaze on a rich fruit cake. It was difficult to take the glaze reflected the light giving little bright spots, I edited most of them

That one was present , I have plenty of mine left ( a bigger one ) but I didn't bother decorating mine, some of the peel is quite tough
