It's nice street art which I rather like and in a well composed image Keith, I don't think Banksy uses colour although I may be completely wrong on that point,

This is a beautifully balanced composition Keith. For me the stars look a bit amateurish, but the girl is lovely. I do like all the street art these days and we all need cheering up.
