ru55ian aggression really began ramping up after the first Bilateral Talks in Istanbul; there are attacks almost every night - with much larger numbers of drones & missiles every few days. The targets are usually civilian energy, heat, and transport infrastructure, with hospitals, schools and similar facilities also included.

Not what you would expect if ru55ia, as the aggressive party, was really serious about Peace, in any way other than by Ukraine's complete capitulation.
