ru had 38 oil refineries and 21 of them have been hit, some repeatedly, and others very recently by Ukrainian drones and missiles - in what has been described as active sanctions against putler's main export income stream that fuels & lubricates his war against Ukraine.

Note that UKR are also attacking "oil Storage" & military distribution depots eg Oil depot in Feodosiya was attacked once again on 13Oct2025 [after previous attack, oil burned for more than two days]
