mcc[25] - Mitford Castle

Viewed from just outside the church precinct.

The castle sits on top of a natural hill, which has been slightly modified into a motte and bailey.
These visible remains are mostly the curtain walls, what is left of the keep is behind the taller section of walls on the left.
