When I saw this from across the field my first thought was that it was a custom car, but looking it up says it isn't quite - despite the white-wall tyres ... It does look to be based on the 1946 Style & Fleet Master models ...

At first glance it looked like a bomb (early low-rider) to me. The Fleetmaster and the Stylemaster rode higher. On the other hand, it seems to me to have no other characteristic of a bomb. Then again, what do I know? That front end is definitely custom -- a bumper like a bumper car's, Dagmars in the wrong place (and painted red!). It's a stunning work of art, though, whatever it is.
