Another visit to Horsey Wind Pump, to see how the restoration has proceeded (despite Covid and the difficulty finding a mill-right with time to spare).
Built 1912, Horsey was one of approximately 250 wind pumps that drain the land surrounding the Norfolk Broads. It is now Grade II* listed and under the care of the National Trust. Much of the surrounding area is now managed as a wildlife preserve, with walks for tourists.
