SBB - dam at Cow Green

About as photogenic as the concrete dam at Cow Green Reservoir ever gets.
[In my opinion, this is about as ugly as a dam can be, especially given the wild beauty of the moorland setting]
The pass valve is set to discharge a minimum flow rate, to maintain the downstream river environment.
