cvd - R history ; to 5th February 2021

Historical changes to the R-number, in the UK to 5th February '21. Shows the rapid increase in the cases in September / October and again in December / January, before the Lockdowns took affect - and the decreases due to those lockdowns. Too early to say if the vaccination rollout was having an effect on transmission in February.
